SC: Suggestion of Backward Classes Commission Can’t be Accepted After Election Has Been Notified - 13.07.2022

Supreme Court has held that suggestion of the Commission appointed by the Maharashtra Government to ascertain the extent of OBC reservation required in its local bodies elections cannot be accommodated for the areas for which the election programme has already been notified.
