SC: SDRF Cannot be Diverted, Revert to SDRF Diverted Amount - 12.07.2022

Supreme Court has held that money from the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) cannot be diverted or used for any other purpose and it would be proper to revert the diverted amount to the SDRF.
