Kerala HC: Employee Accused of Embezzlement Must be Kept Away Till Enquiry is Completed - 11.07.2022

Kerala High Court while refusing to recall an order of suspension has held that an employee accused of embezzling money, cannot be reinstated during the pendency of the enquiry.
