Delhi HC: HC Can’t Control Day to Day Affairs of Trial Court in Exercise of Revisional Power - 08.07.2022

Delhi High Court has held that a High Court, in exercise of its Revisional power, cannot be seen as controlling the day to day affairs of the Trial Court.
