AP HC: Sponsored Candidates Are a Distinct Class by Themselves - 08.07.2022

Andhra Pradesh High Court has held that sponsored candidates are a distinct class of applicants who have to fulfill certain eligibility criteria for being treated as such, hence there was no breach of rules or violation of equality.
