ITAT: Cash Deposits Out of Business of Shroff Cannot be Treated as Undisclosed Income - 08.07.2022

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Rajkot Bench has held that the cash deposits out of business of Shroff cannot be treated as undisclosed income under Section 68 of Income-Tax Act, 1961.
