Madras HC Imposes Cost on Litigant Filing & Withdrawing Claims Based on State's Political Climate - 07.07.2022

Madras High Court has imposed cost of Rs. 1 lakh on a litigant for approaching the court on his whims and fancies depending upon the change in the political climate of the State.
