SC: Plea of Territorial Jurisdiction Cannot be Entertained in a Transfer Petition U/S 25 CPC - 07.07.2022

Supreme Court has held that its jurisdiction under Section 25 of Civil Procedure Code (CPC) cannot be extended to determine the question of territorial jurisdiction of the proceedings.
