UK Court Finds Republic Bharat Program on British Businessman Defamatory - 07.07.2022

UK Court has held that TV programme by Republic Bharat contained defamatory allegations against the Claimant, who was identified by both his image and his name and that the publication of the matters complained of 'has caused or is likely to cause serious harm to the reputation of the claimant'.
