Delhi HC Stops Delhi Government from Taking Coercive Steps Against GMR - 06.04.2016

Delhi HC has restrained Delhi Government from taking any coercive steps till April 8 against GMR Sports Pvt Ltd, owner of IPL franchise Delhi Daredevils, which has been slapped a demand notice for payment of entertainment tax for the upcoming T-20 matches.
