J&K&L HC: Promotion Based on 'Educational Qualification' Not Violative of Art. 14 & 16 - 06.07.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that classification on the basis of educational qualification for promotion is permissible in law and does not offend Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India.
