J&K&L HC: Person Absconding And Evading Execution of Warrant Not Entitled to Anticipatory Bail - 06.07.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that a person against whom a warrant who is absconding and evading the execution of a warrant, is not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail.
