J&K&L HC: Parties Cannot Approach Court Under Section 482 CrPC With Inordinate Delay - 06.07.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that a party cannot approach the High Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) at his whim and caprice merely because no period of limitation in filing the petition under the aforesaid provision is provided.
