Kerala HC Permits Demolition of Biju Ramesh’s Building - 06.04.2016

Kerala HC has allowed Thiruvananthapuram District Disaster Management Authority to proceed with demolition of a portion of a five-storied building owned by hotelier Biju Ramesh, and also a portion of an apartment complex on charges that it had encroached on a major canal in the capital city.
