P&H HC: Can't Approach HC U/S 438 CrPC After Rejection of Pre-Arrest Bail for Case Under SC/ST Act - 04.07.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that once the plea for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC is rejected by Sessions Court to accused under Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST) Act, 1989, accused cannot invoked High Court's concurrent jurisdiction under Section 438 CrPC.
