Extension of time for filing exporter's/importer's/user's questionnaire response in anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of "Dispersion Unshifted Single-mode Optical Fibre"

1. With respect to the above mentioned investigation, requests have been received from interested parties for extension of time to file Questionnaire Responses.

2. After careful consideration of the requests, the Authority has decided to grant 1 weeks' additional time to file the Questionnaire Responses i.e. by 06/07/2022.

3. Since the investigation is time bound, it is advised that all interested producers/ exporters/ importers/ users may file their responses within the stipulated time as extended above. No further request for extension of time would be considered by the Authority.

4. This issues with the approval of Designated Authority.
