CESTAT: No Service Tax on Ocean Freight Charges Under The Head ‘BAS’ - 04.07.2022

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Chennai Bench has held that no service tax applicable on ocean freight charges under the head Business Auxiliary Service (BAS).
