MP HC: Section 5 of Limitation Act Applies to Arbitration Reference Under National Highways Act - 04.07.2022

MP High Court has held that Section 5 of Limitation Act is applicable to reference to arbitration under National Highways Act, therefore limitation period for filing appeal against decision of competent authority (CA) before arbitrator is 3 years from date of expiry of 90 days from decision of CA.
