Bombay HC: Can't Force Rape Victim to Mother a Child - 01.07.2022

Bombay High Court while allowing termination of a 16 weeks' pregnancy of minor who was victim of sexual abuse and was in custody for a crime under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, has held that she cannot be forced to give birth to a child as she has a choice to give birth to the child or not.
