Kar. HC Upholds CR of Judge for Preparing Order Sheets of Proceedings That Did Not Take Place - 01.07.2022

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a petition filed by a former Civil Judge, Junior Division against order passed by the state government ordering compulsory retirement from service. The Court held that if such acts are permitted, there will be no sanctity for the proceedings.
