J&K&L HC: WL Can't be Used to Fill Posts Falling Vacant Due to Resignation of Selected Candidate - 30.06.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that no candidate from the waiting list (WL) shall be appointed on any vacancy which is caused due to resignation of a selected candidate after joining against the said post.
