SC Dismisses Petition Seeking Directions to Amend Constitution to Make Hindi as Official Language - 05.04.2016

SC has junked a petition seeking direction to amend Constitution to make Hindi as official language of work in the apex court and High Courts. Taking it as a frivolous PIL, the court also imposed a cost of Rs one lakh on the lawyer who had filed it.
