CESTAT: Floor Limits of Bond & Bank Guarantee for Provisional Release of Confiscated Goods Reduced - 29.06.2022

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai Bench has reduced floor limits of bond and bank guarantee prescribed for allowing the provisional release of confiscated goods.
