SC Upholds Bombay HC Order Imposing Cost of Rs. 5 Lakh Imposed on Litigant - 28.06.2022

Supreme Court while upholding Bombay High Court's order of imposition of Rs. 5 lakhs cost on a lady aged 78, has held that the order was justified in view of her consistent effort to abuse the process of law as well as the process of Court.
