ITAT Condones Delay of 931 Days in Filing Appeal - 28.06.2022

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Pune Bench while condoning delay of 931 days in filing appeal by the assessee, has held that the delay was due to the fact that the tax practitioners were busy with GST compliance.
