Guj. HC: Can't Refuse Issue of Birth Cert. in Adoptive Father's Name if Adoption Not Challenged - 27.06.2022

Gujarat High Court has held that a Registrar under the Births and Deaths Registration Act is bound to issue certificate in the name of adoptive father where adoption deed of the Applicant is not challenged.
