Patna HC to Registry: Identify All Appeals Pending Before High Court U/S 374(4) & 377(4) CrPC - 27.06.2022

Patna High Court has directed the Registry to take all necessary measures to identify those appeals which are pending before High Court and are covered by sub-section (4) of Section 374 or sub-section (4) of Section 377 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
