SC Upholds Death Penalty of Man for Rape & Murder of 8 Year Old Disabled Girl - 24.06.2022

Supreme Court while upholding death penalty awarded to a 37-year old man for the rape and murder of a seven and a half year old girl who was mentally and physically challenged, has held that there appears no probability of convict’s reformation and rehabilitation.
