HP HC: Extension of Parole Can't be Sought from High Court U/S 482 CrPC - 24.06.2022

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that a convict cannot be granted extension of parole while exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC).
