Gauhati HC Orders Change of IO for Harassing Accused to Purchase His Land - 23.06.2022

Gauhati High Court has ordered the Commissioner of Police to change the investigating officer (IO) of a theft case, after the accused alleged that IO was acting out of personal vendetta against him due to a dispute between them over a tribal land.
