Patna HC to GST Dept.: Submit Report on Action Against Smuggling & Liquor Manufacture - 23.06.2022

Patna High Court has directed the GST department, Police and Chief Secretary of the State to file a detailed report on the steps taken for the effective implementation of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 to prevent smuggling and manufacture of liquor within the State.
