Kerala HC: Any Hindrance to Medical Workers Qualify as Violence - 23.06.2022

Kerala High Court while denying anticipatory bail to a man accused of obstructing a doctor from performing official duty, held that under the Kerala Healthcare Service Persons and Healthcare Service Institutions Act, even an obstruction or hindrance committed is a grave offence.
