Gujarat HC Reduces Deduction of Pension From 100% to 25% of SI Accused of Aiding Escape of Prisoner - 22.06.2022

Gujarat High Court has while taking into consideration the principles of proportionality, reduced punishment of deduction of pension from 100% to 25% imposed on a sub-inspector (SI) accused of aiding an under-trial to escape police custody.
