SC: Criminal Proceedings Cannot be Quashed on The Basis of Stay Granted by CESTAT - 22.06.2022

Supreme Court has held that the criminal proceedings cannot be quashed on the basis of the fact that stay of demand was granted by the Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT).
