Orissa HC: State Vigilance Department Can't be Completely Exempted from RTI Act - 22.06.2022

Orissa High Court has held that the State Vigilance Department cannot be completely exempted from Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005 and directed that information pertaining to allegations of corruption and human rights violations and department activities should be disclosed under the RTI.
