Guj. HC: Dispute Relating to Property Used in Trade & Commerce Constitutes Commercial Dispute - 20.06.2022

Gujarat High Court has held that to determine whether or not a dispute relating to property is a commercial dispute under Commercial Court's Act, 2015, the property in question must be used exclusively in trade or commerce.
