Gauhati HC: Only Food Inspector Can Investigate Offence Related to Food Items as Per FSS Act - 20.06.2022

Gauhati High Court has held that only a Food Inspector can investigate a commission of offence related to food items as per the Food Safety Standards Act, 2006 (FSS Act).
