Gujarat HC: Delay in Appointment Due to No Fault of Employee Shouldn’t Result in Delayed Promotion - 20.06.2022

Gujarat High Court has held that delay in appointment, when entirely attributable to the employer and caused due to no fault of the candidate could not be allowed to result in a delayed promotion for the said candidate.
