MP HC Commutes Death Sentence of Man Convicted for Rape And Murder of 4 Year Old - 17.06.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has commuted death sentence of a man convicted for rape and murder of a 4-year-old girl. The Court held that since the convict himself was father to a minor girl, his chances of rehabilitation could not be ruled out.
