Bombay HC: Bed & Breakfast Lodging Permitted in Residential Premises Requires BMC License - 17.06.2022

Bombay High Court has held that bed & breakfast lodging permitted by the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation in residential premises to promote tourism requires license from BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), as it is a commercial use of premises.
