SC to UP Govt.: Demolitions Can't Take Place Without Notices - 16.06.2022

Supreme Court has directed the Uttar Pradesh (UP) government not to carry out demolition activities except in accordance with the procedure established by law. The Court granted State 3 days to demonstrate how the recent demolitions were in compliance with the procedural and municipal laws.
