Calcutta HC: Customer Found in Brothel During Police Raid Cannot be Prosecuted Under PITA - 16.06.2022

Calcutta High Court has held that a customer merely visiting a brothel for sexual pleasure cannot be held liable for offences under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (PITA).
