Kerala HC Strikes Down Need for CLAT Clearance for NTPC Law Officer Selection - 16.06.2022

Kerala High Court has held that the need for applicants to compulsorily clear the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to be eligible for the post of Assistant Law Officer at National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) is violative of Article 16 of the Constitution of India.
