Delhi HC: If Party's Intention Not to Abandon Patent Application, HC May Extend Time to File FER - 16.06.2022

Delhi High Court has held that High Court can grant an extension in filing a response to an First Examination Reports (FER), given that the applicant did not have the intention to abandon its patent application.
