Karnataka HC: Stridhan Cannot be Retained by Family of Husband After Divorce - 15.06.2022

Karnataka High Court has held that annulment of marriage cannot mean that all the articles including stridhan that woman carried to the matrimonial house can be retained by the family of the husband.
