Kerala High Court Upholds Slapping of KAAPA on Muhammed Nisham - 31.07.2015

Kerala High Court has upheld state government order of slapping Kerala Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act 2007 (KAAPA) on Muhammed Nisham, an accused in the murder of security guard at Thrissur.
