Bombay HC: Victim May Seek Enhancement of Accused’s Sentence by Filing Revision Application - 14.06.2022

Bombay High Court has held that a victim can seek enhancement of her/ his offender's sentence only through a revision application and not by filing an appeal against the trial court's judgment.
