Kerala HC: No Hyper Technical Approach Needed When Accused Produces Evidence of Juvenility - 14.06.2022

Kerala High Court has held that courts shall not employ a hyper technical approach when the accused produces sufficient evidence in support of his argument that he was a juvenile at the time of commission of the crime.
