NCLAT Upholds Imposition of Rs. 200 Crores Penalty on Amazon by CCI - 14.06.2022

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has upheld the order passed by Competition Commission of India (CCI) whereby Amazon was directed to pay Rs. 200 Crores penalty under Section 43A of the Competition Act, 2002, stating that the order is ‘Fair and Sensible’
