Delhi HC: Summons U/S 160 CrPC Cannot be Issued Without Registration of FIR - 13.06.2022

Delhi High Court has held that summons under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.PC) can be issued by a Police Officer in order to set investigation into motion without registration of FIR.
